SMART VIBRATIONS LLC FORMED AS OFF-SHOOT OF VORTEK LLC
Dr. Frank Tatom, manager of VorTek announced today the formation of Smart Vibrations LLC as an off-shoot of VorTek LLC. The new company will focus its energies on the continued development of the Seismic Weigh-In-Motion (SWIM) and Structural Acoustic Weigh-In-Motion (SAWIM) concepts. Remigius Shatas will serve as manager of the new company.
